everything but the kitchen sink?

I'm going on an adventure!

Yes, I say 'I'm', as unfortunately — as evident in the photo — there's no room in my bag, even for a cute little teddy bear... Luckily, I'll have a more than adequate substitute, but that's not the point.

So what is?

Well, considering this bag is at full capacity (let's hope it doesn't burst when I add my make up, phone and toothbrush tomorrow), let's guess how long I'm going away for...

A month? Two weeks?

Wrong.

Three nights. At least Beary (and co. !) won't miss me that much, right?

On top of that I'll be lugging around an additional bag, most probably equally as giant. Its contents? Five containers of Soya Chicken, 3 large pieces of Char Siu (Barbeque Pork) and a large bag of Stuffed Chicken Wings — all frozen of course. Luckily the 40 degree weather won't be continuing on tomorrow...

Unluckily, I'll be looking like a bag lady hobo, but who says that's a bad thing? Hobo chic is in!

On a more serious note: What happens to homeless people on terribly hot days such as today? I took refuge in my air conditioned home, and later my air conditioned work, finding additional comfort in my 48 pack of Zooper Doopers. What do they do — what can they do when they have nothing?

Oh, and by the way, I'm headed to the Blue Mountains. Thank goodness the weather is taking a cooler turn, as my parents are worried about the bushfire scenario there. Luckily, at present there's none in the area I'll be staying. Fingers crossed it remains that way!
